Point System

Though this isn't something new, it's not reputation if you are wondering.
1. Points are given to users by Admins showing they follow the rules, and are given presicely. We don't give them out solely on favoritism.
2. They increase by every post (2 points), however, if someone is spamming just to increase both post and points, both will be terminated and set to 0.
3. If it is abused (like 2) then the system is gone.
