Changing an Avatar? Empty Changing an Avatar?

Okay, so I wanted to know how to get a new avatar, but without making it freeze when I post it. I don't have my current one saved, so I'm a little afraid of doing so.

You can't. If it's from somewhere like Photobucket, it'll freeze, I know. Find a good one with an acceptable size, and copy the link, don't save it. Then, when uploading it here, use the second URL option, not the first.

What Itachi said. =D

There aren't very good ones, either.

But they stay the size that they are, which is hard to keep if it freezes. I say keep the one you have, or look for similar sizes that move.

That's true; if you just copy the link, the picture stays the size it is. So if the picture you're choosing is over 400 pixels, it'll cover about 3/4 of your post. xD

Which is why, although having a moving one is awesome, just stick to normal pictures.
