Avatar Troubles?

I was wondering why ItachiKisame's avatar doesn't move, yet the other Gif images do? Is it something with the size, because I can fix it, and I have another Gin image I want as an avatar but it won't let me correctly put it in without freezing.

There's nothing wrong; he changed the size of the original gif and froze it.
